All computers and devices refurbished or brand new purchased in whole from us at this website (LevelUpYourTech.com.) comes with a complimentary 18 Month Warranty to the original buyer, yes folks a year and a half! That's better than a Brand New Computers Warranty. Starting from the date of purchase against faulty parts, defective parts, part failure due to defect not wear and labor is included as well. Wear items are not covered. Parts that are considered wear items or diminishing life cycle are not covered by the warranty. Warranty instantly voided if laptop rear case is opened or laptop is opened by any one but our techs here at levelupyourtech.com. If the Laptops or Desktops tamper evident stickers are not intact or in place or tampered with in any way warranty is then voided on the spot. By purchasing from us you indemnify us of any incident or accident or loss in any way or form that may occur because of the existence, possession, use, abuse, neglect, or failure of the purchased computer or device from us. Warranty is void if computer is opened, manipulated, not maintained, abused or neglected, dropped, spilled on or treated with carelessness. warranty claims can be denied by seller at the sellers discretion for any reason. We do not accept returns unless proven Dead on Arrival. Then we will replace if not available refund, if item is found not to be Dead on Arrival then customer will pay for return shipping of their working computer back to them. For buyers remorse you can exchange for an equal priced or higher model within 15 days of purchase date.
